Flicker is a tremendous flash light with powerful functions. It can be a vehicle safety light with a strong magnetic base. It can be attached to a vehicle that is parked or immobilised on the side of the road at night. It’s torch has nine LED’s with a red warning light. As added feature, it also has a red flashing light and it uses three AAA batteries which are included.
